FIGURE 2. Eggs of Phaeognathus hubrichti as discovered on 06 August 2002. The six eggs (one is hidden) were attached to a block of diatomaceous earth of the Tallahatta Formation, suspended from stalks in a crevice in the claystone, about 28 cm deep in the steep bank of the ravine.
